REGINAL SKIMO RACES

Ski Mountaineering Racing (or Skimo for short) is a competitive
version of ski touring. There are short races, long races, and vertical races.

Typically, a race is a combination of skiers skinning up a mountain, descending a mountain, and boot-packing up slopes that are too steep to skin. This is all done several times depending on the length of the race. It’s tough. It’s fun. And it’s always a challenge no matter your skill level or gear that you own.
